The concept for this project was developed by the respected and talented architect Maria Ramis from Binissalem, who, through her innovative approach and knowledge of Mallorcan architecture, has created a remarkable residential concept.

Custom modifications are, of course, possible. The finishing touches to the finca can be perfectly tailored to your personal wishes. The dream of Mediterranean living will come true.

The project will soon have all the necessary permits. Construction can then begin promptly after the architect has issued a tender.

Short village tour through Montuiri

The enchanting town of Montuiri, first officially mentioned in 1329, is one of the most popular residential areas in central Mallorca. Its popularity is based on its unique charm, relaxed atmosphere, and easy access to the capital, Palma. Numerous excellent wineries in the surrounding area invite you to visit.

A stroll through this charming town reveals numerous beautiful buildings, whose diverse architectural styles date back to the Middle Ages.

The charming shops and cafés are best explored on foot. The famous eight windmills in the Molinar district are the charming symbol of the town.

One of the best golf courses in Mallorca – the championship Son Gual golf course – is located nearby.

Fiestas:
Naturally, Montuiri also celebrates traditional Spanish fiestas. However, some special events are unique to this town, such as the Partridge Fair held annually in December on Placa Major. There you'll find a wide range of local fresh produce, livestock, and arts and crafts.

Shopping:
